Senior Lifestyle Manager
Full Time Job Position
Due to taking on a new account, Charter Itinerary, we now seek a Senior Lifestyle Manager to manage the Account and its clients. The person will serve as the liaison between brokers and their clients as well as charter itinerary. It will be the account manager's responsibility to address clients' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Key tasks will include:

maintaining and developing the relationship of the clients account

set targets together with the Operations Manager and assume responsibility for delivery of operational and service targets

attend and lead clients account meetings to ensure client satisfaction, issues resolved and continuous improvement on the CI account

manage the portfolio of experiences identifying areas for improvement, find new experiences and remove those not relevant

create portfolio of experiences in the new locations to be agreed with CI
-
find new development opportunities to nurture client relationship and develop business with them
-
calculate pricing models for experiences and the account together with Operations manager and Director
-
replying to yacht brokers and end user client requests via email & telephone within travel, general concierge,
-
entertainment, personal lifestyle etc. with support of interns and other team members when needed

building account team to manage client enquiries

responsibility for managing account in the crm and administration
General:
-
attend FAM / trade trips relevant to the account for personal growth

meet with suppliers and attend supplier events when needed to grow the experience portfolio

meet client to build and nurture the relationship

salary ca £34-36k pro rated plus bonus OTE £4k
